Description
Place the BMC or injection molded SMC on the filler that feeds the injection device. These thermosetting materials require a check valve. The composite is then injected into the closed OEM Plastic Injection Auto Front Grille Chrome Mold, which is filled with cavities and aggregated. After complete curing, the hot product is demolded. Maintenance
Mold maintenance is more important than mold maintenance. The more times the mold is repaired, the shorter the life is. The better the mold is maintained, the longer its service life will be.
Appearance maintenance. Paint the outside of the mold base to avoid rust. When the mold is pressed, the fixed mold should be coated with anti-rust oil. OEM Plastic Injection Auto Front Grille Chrome Mold should be closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
