Description
Automotive Fan Mould's structural design focuses on the design of the parting surface. When designing the parting surface, the parting surface is required to be as simple, smooth and easy to process. At the same time, in order to facilitate the machining of the movable and fixed molds, the moving and fixed molds are designed as an insert structure, and the seven blade portions are formed by inserts of the same size, so that the design of the split surface can be simplified into the division of the upper and lower blade inserts.
Automotive Fan Mould's die uses an integral insert combination, which reduces heat treatment distortion, gaps at the joint for exhaust, and easy mold maintenance, saving valuable die steel.

Precautions
The selection of the parting surface should be beneficial to the demolding of the product, and the structure of the Automotive Fan Mould can be made as simple as possible.
The choice of the parting surface does not affect the dimensional accuracy of the plastic product.
The parting surface should be as close as possible to the end of the melt to facilitate venting.
The parting surface is selected so that the forming blank is easy to be divided in order to reduce the processing difficulty of the core, the cavity, and the electrode.
